Eat that Frog
Brian Tracy wrote a great book called “Eat that frog”. The key idea of that book is that if you eat a live frog first thing in the morning, then this is probably the worst thing that can happen during the rest of the day.
The “frog” is the biggest, most important task, the one that you are most likely to procrastinate on.. It is also the task that can have the greatest positive impact on your life.
My morning workout consisted of some stretching and functional core exercises. One of the stretching exercises is called “frog stretch” and it is probably one of the most unpopular poses in the Yoga class that I regularly joined. A pose that many would rather like to avoid.
The “frog stretch” was the “frog” that I have eaten this morning. What “frog” did you eat today?
